When I say my daughter @ i fell in love!! We literally ate here 5 days in a row during our 5 day trip to Huntersville. It’s all amazing, but we particularly loved the pork soup dumplings, the black pepper beef, the chicken lettuce wraps and the chocolate soup dumplings!

Food and service were excellent. Cheryl was working behind the bar, we were there early in the evening, so not too busy. She was attentive without hovering, always appreciated. Soup dumplings and pan-fried buns were a great start. Mongolian beef and walnut shrimp were delicious and plentiful entrees. Good flavors in the chili oil, definitely ask for that.

As a Chinese who had soup dumplings and Bao all the time as breakfast back home, I am confident to say Baobao serves even better soup dumplings – Heavenly soup and meat ball encase in a thin delicate skin. Handmade everyday! We also ordered extra spicy and numbing sichuan poached beef slices. Absolutely delicious! I fished out everything in the bowl and still wanted more! Basically you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. I am coming back every week! Avoid the queue by going there before 5 or after 8pm.

The food was bursting with flavor! Our waitress was sweet and served us well. The restaurant had a great vibe and it was clean, well laid out. The bonus was the diaper changing table in the bathroom, which was maintained well!
